TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The Travel Access benefits can be used by calling
the Concierge Service or by emailing Travel Access at contact@travelaccessbenefits.com . You have up to one year after you
execute the Travel Access benefits acknowledgement to use
this benefit.
2) To use your Travel Access you need to register your name and last name as it appears on your government ID card. A valid email address as well as a valid landline and mobile phone are required to facilitate any necessary contact with you for paperwork or details related to your reservations.
3) Every time you make a reservation and the benefit is redeemed, this is deducted from the total benefits acquired with your Travel Access until it is depleted.
4) The method to apply the discounts to the payments of hotel nights is based on calculating
the fare difference that exists between the lowest rate for that room type for the dates selected identified
on www.marriott.com and the preferential rate of Travel Access Benefits. This benefit will be deducted
from the initial amount which you have until it is depleted.
5) Travel Access gives you the option to apply the benefit through the list of Marriott hotels that will be given by the Concierge through our exclusive telephone line or via email in accordance with the options available when you make your lodging request. It is not the responsibility of Travel Access that any particular hotel be available, or not, at the time to presenting alternative accommodation following your request.
6) Your initial discounts may be applied as partial payment for reservations with an unrestricted number of nights or reservations, following the methodology detailed above in section 5.
7) The Travel Access shall be valid for one calendar year, which starts from the date your sign and date the Travel Access acknowledgement . If in that period of time you do not use the total amount issued, contact us to learn what are your available options to continue enjoying these benefits.
8) Accommodation is subject to availability and demand; and the hotel’s usage and management policies apply as established by them.
9) Full payment of stay is required at time of booking.
10) Once the reservation is guaranteed, it is under the regulations of the hotel and cancellation policies apply
11) Travel Access are not transferable or redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
12) The benefits have no value outside of its usage in our reservation center. They are not valid for direct payment in any hotel, or any other reservation center.

International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable (Variable Capital Stock Corporation), with its address for purpose of service of notifications located at Avenida Bonampak, Manzana 20, Lote 29-01, Local 307, Supermanzana 3, Ciudad de Cancún, State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, Postal Code 77500, pursuant to the Federal Act for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, particularly articles 15 and 16 thereof, would like to inform you about how we treat your personal data, including your sensitive data currently stored or that in the future will be stored in our database and which International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable will make use of for the sole purpose of fulfilling its obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you as the owner of the data and the aforementioned company.
Purpose of the Treatment of Personal Data
International Travel Assets Developers, is a company of a mercantile nature, whose main social purpose is to offer and/or make available
to it’s members, through the web page www.travelaccessbenefits.com exclusive and non-transferable benefits of the "Travel Access Program"
in different categories "Sapphire Travel Access", "Emerald Travel Access" and "Diamond Travel Access", as it is in a non-limitative way,
exclusive discounts ranging up to USD$1,000.00, USD$3,000.00 and USD$5,000.00 applicable in reservations of the Marriott Hotel Chain and affiliates ,
either for pleasure or business trips, the partner must communicate by phone or e-mail to be attended by a Concierge, who will solve any question,
provide information, and reservation of the requested service.
A. Data about an individual, allowing us to differentiate him or her from a group or community, such as:
- Full name (the same as that appearing in his or her identity document)./li>
- Nationality.
- Preferred travel destinations.
B. Contact data allowing us to keep in touch about the process of his or her reservations or any other activity that is inherent to our corporate purpose and the hired service, such as:
- Mobile, office and private phone numbers.
- Email address where we can send reservation and ticket codes.
C. Financial data, such as:
- Credit card or debit card number.
- Security number, if the reservation so requires
D. We would also like to inform you that we have a special interest in looking after and safeguarding the personal data of minors and differently-abled people, for whom, if necessary, we will ask you to provide:
- The written consent by the parents or guardians of minors traveling outside their country.
- Implementation of strict security measures to ensure the confidentiality of minors and special groups of people.
- Information about special medical steps for the safeguard of the health of differently-abled people.
Secondary Purpose
We will also use your personal information for the following purposes which are not necessary for the service you have requested but will enable us to invite you to special events.
Restriction on the Usage and Disclosure of Personal Data
The personal data currently stored or that in the future will be stored in the database of International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, are voluntarily provided by its owners and shall be kept under strict security and confidentiality.
International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable shall inform the owner of the personal data about any change to this Privacy Notice through an announcement on its website www.travelaccessbenefits.com or, when applicable, by sending the owner a notice to the e-mail address that the provided for this purpose.
If you do not wish your personal data to be used by International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable for publicity, advertising, marketing campaigns or for the secondary purposes described above, we ask to to please send an email addressed to the Personal Data Protection Department.
Should you do not consent for your personal data to be used for the secondary purposes, we will not refuse to provide you with the services and/or products you have contracted with International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable.
The Personal Data Protection Department of International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable is in charge of answering applications for ARCO (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) rights, as well as for the safekeeping, protection, treatment, technical and physical administrative security measures to avoid any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, undue access to or disclosure of the personal data and for due compliance with law, and is under the responsibility of Carlos Chávez Gómez, who can be contacted by e-mail at datospersonales@travelaccessbenefits.com or by phone at +52 (998) 251.65.85 extension 202.
If you feel that your right to have your personal data protected has been infringed by any conduct or omission or, if applicable, believe that International Travel Assets Developers, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable provisions has violated the provisions of the Federal Act for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, Regulations of the Federal Act for the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties and other applicable legal statutes, you may submit your complaint or accusation to the Federal Institute of Access to Public Information (IFAI) using the phone number 01800-835-4324 or through its website: www.ifai.org.
