1) The Travel Access benefits can be used by calling the Concierge Service or by emailing Travel Access at contact@travelaccessbenefits.com . You have up to one year after you execute the Travel Access benefits acknowledgement to use this benefit.

2) To use your Travel Access you need to register your name and last name as it appears on your government ID card. A valid email address as well as a valid landline and mobile phone are required to facilitate any necessary contact with you for paperwork or details related to your reservations.

3) Every time you make a reservation and the benefit is redeemed, this is deducted from the total benefits acquired with your Travel Access until it is depleted.

4) The method to apply the discounts to the payments of hotel nights is based on calculating the fare difference that exists between the lowest rate for that room type for the dates selected identified on www.marriott.com and the preferential rate of Travel Access Benefits. This benefit will be deducted from the initial amount which you have until it is depleted.

5) Travel Access gives you the option to apply the benefit through the list of Marriott hotels that will be given by the Concierge through our exclusive telephone line or via email in accordance with the options available when you make your lodging request. It is not the responsibility of Travel Access that any particular hotel be available, or not, at the time to presenting alternative accommodation following your request.

6) Your initial discounts may be applied as partial payment for reservations with an unrestricted number of nights or reservations, following the methodology detailed above in section 5.

7) The Travel Access shall be valid for one calendar year, which starts from the date your sign and date the Travel Access acknowledgement . If in that period of time you do not use the total amount issued, contact us to learn what are your available options to continue enjoying these benefits.

8) Accommodation is subject to availability and demand; and the hotel’s usage and management policies apply as established by them.

9) Full payment of stay is required at time of booking.

10) Once the reservation is guaranteed, it is under the regulations of the hotel and cancellation policies apply

11) Travel Access are not transferable or redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

12) The benefits have no value outside of its usage in our reservation center. They are not valid for direct payment in any hotel, or any other reservation center.

• Preferred travel destinations.

B. Contact data allowing us to keep in touch about the process of his or her reservations or any other activity that is inherent to our corporate purpose and the hired service, such as:
